Scope of Policy This refund and cancellation policy applies to all courses, programs, and services offered by Binori career Institute Foundation (BCIF). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Policy
Registration Fees Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tuition Fees Refunds for tuition fees are subject to the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If a written cancellation request is received within 7 days of enrolment and before the commencement of the course.
- Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is received after the course commencement but within 15 days of enrolment, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is received after 15 days of enrolment.
Special Discounts and Offers Fees paid under any special discount or promotional offer are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Student
- Students must submit a written request for cancellation via email or in person at the institute office.
- Cancellations are effective from the date the request is received.
Cancellation by the Institute
- The institute reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrolments or emergencies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the students.
Transfer of Fees: Fees are non-transferable between students or to other programs unless specifically approved by the institute management.
Refund Process
- Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the written cancellation request and all required documentation.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a bank transfer to the student’s account.
Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided for missed classes, poor attendance, or lack of participation in the course.
- This policy does not cover third-party charges such as study materials, exam fees, or other services not directly provided by the institute.
